# Black White Denim > Black White Denim is an independent women's designer fashion boutique on Water Lane in Wilmslow, Cheshire (UK), with a full transactional e-commerce site shipping worldwide. It sells curated women's designer clothing, denim, footwear, accessories, jewellery and gifts from brands including Anine Bing, GANNI, Citizens of Humanity, Agolde, Samsoe Samsoe, Essentiel Antwerp, Day Birger et Mikkelsen, Saint Laurent, Chloé and UGG, alongside in-person and remote personalised styling services. Open Monday to Saturday, 9:30am–5:30pm. - Contact: 01625 528454 (phone and WhatsApp), wereallycare@blackwhitedenim.com. - All online orders are picked, packed and dispatched from the Wilmslow store; worldwide delivery is available (some countries excluded). - Dispatch: orders placed before 1pm GMT are dispatched the same day. Working days for dispatch are Mon–Sat excluding bank holidays. - UK delivery (DHL): Standard £7.50 (2–4 working days); Next Day £10 (1–2 working days, order before 1pm Mon–Fri); Free Next Day on orders over £200 (applied automatically at checkout); Saturday Guaranteed £18 (order before 1pm Friday). Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday cannot arrive next day — Saturday Delivery is required instead. - International delivery (Royal Mail Tracked): EU £20 (5–7 working days); USA and Canada £30 (5–7 working days); Australia and New Zealand £30 (6–9 working days). Customs charges and local VAT are payable by the recipient and remain payable even if a parcel is refused. - A signature is required on delivery. Waiving it (Authority to Leave) transfers liability for loss or damage to the customer. - Returns and exchanges: within 14 days of the order, on both sale and full-price items. Items must be unused, with tags attached and packaging intact. Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and phone cases cannot be returned once the packaging is opened. Returns are arranged by emailing wereallycare@blackwhitedenim.com. Refunds go to the original payment method and can take up to 28 days to appear; delivery charges are non-refundable. - Payment: card, plus Buy Now Pay Later via Klarna (Pay in 3 over 60 days, or Pay Later within 30 days), Clearpay (four interest-free instalments every two weeks) and PayPal Pay Later. All are subject to approval by the provider. - BWD Loyalty Club: 1 point per £1 on full-price items (no points on sale items or gift card purchases). Points post 14 days after the order, once the returns window closes. Four levels — Level 1 (0–699 points), Level 2 (700–1,999), Level 3 (2,000–5,499), Level 4 (5,500+) — worth 1% to 3% back. Points are redeemed for coupon codes that expire after 14 days, apply to full-price items only, carry a minimum spend, and cannot be combined. Points do not currently expire. - Personal styling: one-hour in-store appointments at the Wilmslow boutique, £95, booked and paid online in advance. The fee is fully redeemable against qualifying in-store purchases on the same day, excluding Pre Loved items. Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking; non-refundable after that. - Pre Loved: a consignment resale programme run in store by Anna. Sellers submit pieces by DM to @bwdpreloved on Instagram or email; accepted items sit on the shop floor for 4 weeks, then optionally 2 more at a reduced price. Sellers receive 70% of the final sale price as a BWD gift voucher with no expiry, usable on full-price and sale items but not on Pre Loved. - Gift cards from £10 to £500.
