If you live locally to our store in Wilmslow, Cheshire (United Kingdom) you have the option to use our click and collect service. We’ll have your order ready for collection within 24 hours and the service is completely free. Simply select the Click & Collection shipping option at checkout.

Our policy applies to both sale and non-sale purchases. We do not accept returns of pierced jewellery.
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, in the same packaging (includes shoes in the original undamaged box, that cannot be used as external packaging when posting back), and with all labels attached.
