Earn loyalty points on all purchases to be redeemed on any future full-price purchases.

You do not earn points on delivery charges, they can only be earned on items within our store.

We will take away any points earned on any item(s) that have been refunded.

YES! We offer all kinds of extra reward point offers throughout the year. Take advantage by signing up to our newsletter.

Unfortunately, you cannot use online points in our Wilmslow store. Our in-store loyalty scheme is entirely separate to our online scheme.

In special cases we will allow customers to transfer points to another account, however, please call us to discuss this option.

You must be logged into your account to view how many points you have. Once logged in, navigate to My Account where you will find your 5 latest point history events, your total and its worth.

Absolutely not! We give you the option to redeem as many or as little of your points as you like. Enter in a number of points you wish to redeem at the shopping bag or checkout.

You must first be logged into your account to redeem any points. Once logged in, you can redeem your points at the shopping bag or checkout stage by following the notifications at the top of your screen.

Certainly not! Your points will remain within your account for as long as you have one open with us.

In order for us to reward customers with loyalty points, you must be logged into your account either before or during checking out.  If you don’t already have an account with us, you should register at checkout before placing the order. If you have already placed an order without logging or registering an account and would like to claim your loyalty points, please call us on  01625 528454 and we will be happy to reward them to you.
