At Black White Denim, we want you to love every purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make returns and exchanges simple.

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order. However, to keep things easy, you can simply return or exchange your items within 14 days of your order. This applies to both sale and non-sale purchases. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pierced jewellery.

Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • Items are in their original, unused condition.
  • Packaging is intact (for shoes, the original box must be undamaged and cannot be used as external packaging).
  • All labels and tags are attached.

How to Exchange an Item
Simply email us at wereallycare@blackwhitedenim.com with your exchange request, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How to Return an Item
Returning an item is easy. Follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Contact us at wereallycare@blackwhitedenim.com and let us know which item(s) you’d like to return.

  2. Choose Your Return Method: We recommend using a secure or trackable service (such as Recorded or Special Delivery) and keeping your proof of postage.

  3. Prepare Your Package: Please use the original packaging to ensure the item(s) reach us in perfect condition.

  4. Include the Invoice: Be sure to place the original invoice inside the parcel.

  5. Await Confirmation: We’ll notify you by email once we’ve safely received your returned item(s). Until we do, the item(s) remain your responsibility.

Refunds
Once we’ve processed your return, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 28 days for it to appear on your bank statement. Unfortunately, delivery charges are non-refundable.

International Returns
If your order was sent to an EU country, we’ll refund any sales taxes. For orders outside the EU, sales taxes are not refundable through us, but you may be able to recover them from your local customs office.
