Appointments take place at the Black White Denim boutique at 20 Water Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 5AA. You will receive one-to-one styling advice in store from your selected stylist

Each personal styling appointment lasts for one hour. Please arrive on time so you can make the most of your session. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid affecting later bookings.

The booking fee is £95. Appointments must be booked and paid for online in advance to secure your selected time slot and stylist.

Yes. The £95 booking fee is fully redeemable against qualifying purchases made in store on the same calendar day as your appointment. The credit cannot be carried forward, transferred or exchanged for cash, and it cannot be used against Pre Loved products.

Yes. Your appointment can be tailored around what you need, whether you are looking for an outfit for a wedding, party, holiday, work event or another special occasion. The service is also ideal for a general wardrobe refresh or help finding versatile everyday pieces.

No. You do not need to arrive with a complete plan. Your stylist will prepare a rail of pieces based on your preferences and help you explore styles that work for your wardrobe, lifestyle and upcoming plans.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment within the first 24 hours after making the booking. After that initial 24-hour period, the booking fee is non-refundable and the appointment cannot be changed or transferred. If your appointment is booked to take place within 24 hours, it cannot be changed or refunded.

No. Gift cards cannot be used to pay for the personal styling appointment booking. However, eligible gift cards purchased in store can be used towards qualifying in-store purchases made during your visit.
