Personal Styling Appointment Terms & Conditions

1) Appointment Overview

Our Personal Styling service provides a one-hour, one-to-one session with your selected stylist at our boutique. The booking fee is £95, which is fully redeemable against any purchases made in-store on the same calendar day (*Excludes PreLoved products) as your appointment. The redeemable value cannot be carried forward, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

2) Booking & Payment

Appointments must be booked and paid online in advance. Payment secures your chosen time slot and stylist. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your booking is complete.

3) Cancellations & Changes

Key rule: Customers can cancel or reschedule their appointment within the first 24 hours of booking via the “Manage Bookings” page.
  • After the first 24 hours from booking, the fee is non-refundable and the appointment cannot be changed or transferred.
  • If the appointment is scheduled to take place within 24 hours of the booking time, it cannot be changed or refunded.
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or provide a full refund.

4) Redeemable Value

  • The £95 booking fee can be redeemed against any in-store purchase made the same day.
  • No cash alternative, store credit, or future redemption is available.
  • If your purchase total is below £95, no change is given.

5) Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you’re late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but sessions may be shortened to avoid impacting later appointments. No partial refunds apply for shortened sessions.

6) Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Gift cards cannot be used to pay for a personal styling appointment booking.
  • Gift cards purchased in-store can be used towards in-store purchases, including purchases you make on the day of your appointment.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Online redemption is only available if expressly stated on the card or product page.

7) Liability

Let your stylist know about any allergies or sensitivities before your session. While every care is taken, we are not liable for reactions to products tried during your appointment.

8) Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be published on this page.

Privacy Policy (Personal Styling)

We respect your privacy and handle your information in line with UK data protection laws.

1) Information We Collect
  • Identification & contact details (name, email, phone)
  • Booking details (appointment time, preferred stylist)
  • Marketing preferences (e.g., newsletter opt-in)
2) How We Use Your Information
  • To manage and confirm your booking
  • To contact you about your appointment (reminders, changes)
  • For marketing (e.g., newsletters) where you have consented or where permitted; you can opt out at any time
  • To improve our services and in-store experience (aggregated insights)
3) Marketing Communications

We may contact you about your appointment as part of providing the service. You can also opt in to receive newsletters and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

4) Data Sharing & Storage
  • Your data is stored securely within our booking and email systems.
  • We do not sell your data. We may use trusted processors (e.g., booking/email platforms) who act on our instructions.
  • Access is restricted to authorised staff and providers who need it to deliver the service.
5) Your Rights
  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
  • Withdraw consent for marketing at any time

6) Data Retention

We keep booking records for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal/accounting requirements. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
