This is made for blue denim. Add the Kugar Contrast Cardigan in Black or Brown, loafers and a good bag and you’ve got one of those very simple outfits that somehow looks considerably better than the sum of its parts.

We’d also tuck it into black wide-leg trousers underneath the Kabala Oversized Coat, or wear it with the Kudzu ¾ Length Leggings and an oversized jacket.

A BWD note on Essentiel sizing: Essentiel Antwerp is known for its oversized and exaggerated silhouettes, so don’t get too hung up on the number on the label. In its deliberately oversized styles, a nominal UK 4 can often work on someone who would usually wear a UK 8. With a T-shirt, we’d choose the size according to how relaxed you want it to look rather than automatically sizing down.
