Cast in cream and decorated with a hand-painted starfish print, this dress is created in a heavyweight satin-feel fabric that can be cinched at the waist with a self-tie belt. Add some clean sneakers to dress it down for brunch in the city or pair with heels and a leather pouch for a wedding guest outfit.
