FROST is Sadie’s Frosts latest fashion venture. Born out of her 35-year yoga practice which Sadie sees as being fundamental to her being. Sadie has had a successful career in film, theatre and television spanning over four decades, while in more recent years, Sadie has successfully launched and built fashion brands Frostfrench and Floozie.

The FROST collection is based on ‘Balanced Elements’ from an appreciation of the seven Chakras, which are fundamental to any yogic practice and the key to our energy flow and wellbeing. The collection is rooted in the knowledge & benefits of balancing yin and yang. From textiles & colour to the discreet graphic embellishments, every design decision embraces Yoga philosophy that is fundamental to how Sadie and millions of others find their way to restore, refresh and refocus.
